Absolutely Wonderful Stay

Our room felt just like home, with really spacious rooms and super comfortable beds. The location is quiet but still close to everything, so it was easy to see the sights. The people working there are the nicest. They treated us like their own family. The owners even gave our kids Christmas gifts and cookies!
The fan only stays on for a few minutes at most.

the location is superb. i walked to charles bridge in five minutes. breakfast from the cafe downstairs arrived directly to my room.
the hotel does not have air conditioning! the shower stall was unbelievably tiny. there are plenty of other hotels with ac.

The staff offered extra birthday touches in the room for my husband. The room itself was beautiful and spacious, it was a treat. The hotel had a great location within walking distance of all the main spots, it was not busy.
The hotel looks beautiful online. it is missing the mark in a few key areas. The tea kettle worked fairly, but I suggest providing a nespresso machine. A huge miss. The bathroom needs to be updated.

The location of this place is convenient. It is close to many points of interest. The staff was helpful at all times. I also appreciated the room, it was clean and spacious.
The bathroom could use some improvements. The shower handle fell off once. The towel rack did not warm the towels. I had to wash my clothes after my stay because the armoire made them smell.
